IAI is proud to announce the Weekly Office Yoga and Wellness Class for its employees. Each week, the course’s content will showcase different exercises, aimed to improve posture, strength, and flexibility. Workouts will combine chair/desk, breathing, and relaxation yoga techniques to help foster physical, emotional, and mental balance and to reverse the effects of stress. For the benefit of those enrolled, each class size is limited to 20 people. The instructor is a former IAI employee and has been teaching yoga for the past 14 years. The instructor is certified in Hatha and prenatal yoga and has trained in Buddhist and Vedic meditation practices.
